This cute Popcorn Bucket is based on It's a Small World" is a water-based boat ride located in the Fantasyland area at various Disney theme parks worldwide.
The ride features over 300 audio-animatronic dolls[2] in traditional costumes from cultures around the world, frolicking in a spirit of international unity, and singing the attraction's title song, which has a theme of global peace. 

The clock tower head also moves back and forth just like the actual building, along with pulling out the tiny figures and spinning them around. The amount of effort that went into this is what you’d expect from Tokyo Disneyland!
